DESCRIPTION:F3义工代表芽笼士乃民众联络所与毕士大社区服务的团员们举行了一场精彩友谊赛。球员们在彼此支持者的助威下，上演了高潮迭起的演出，最后以4比4的成绩完美落幕。过后大伙也一起享用的简单的午餐并期待明年有更多的年长者加入以切磋球艺。\n2018年4月23日\n芽笼士乃民众联络所\n\nOur annual friendly badminton competition was held in Geylang Serai CC. Both team from F3 volunteers and Bethesda Care Services (BCS) achieved a final score of 4: 4 in the final round.\nThe standard of all players were extremely high which caused the friendly match excitedly interesting.\nA big congratulation to both teams for taking part in the game\, we looking forward to have more active aging residents to take part in the following year.\n23 Apr 2018\n@ Geylang Serai CC\n

DESCRIPTION:F3社区联合真理堂姐妹乐龄事工一起主办探访突破之家(戒毒所)。共有34位社区的居民和46位真理堂的会友及亲友们参加了这次的探访。\n过后在同工的带领下，大伙也参观了工作坊，手工纪念展示区，花卉艺术品等。\n2018年4月21日\n突破之家                                                                                                           \n  \nTotal 80 participants visited Breakthrough Mission\, giving our residents from Haig Road (34) and Chen Li church members (46) a very good insight of the gospel based on drug rehabilitation. DESCRIPTION:21位F3歌唱班团员及义工拜访了众圣之家疗养院（淡滨尼）。圣徒之家设有老年护理中心，提供综合老年保健服务，如日间护理；失智日托；日间康复及中心护理。领队谢先生带领会众一起唱歌及分享信息，歌唱班随后也呈献了4首经典歌曲。\n2018年4月20日上午9 时\n众圣之家疗养院\n\n21 Choir Members and Volunteers from F3 visited All Saint Home (Tampines). All Saints Home houses Senior Care Centre\, which provides integrated eldercare services to holistically meet clients’ needs. They include: Maintenance Day Care; Dementia Day Care; Day Rehabilitation and Centre-Based Nursing Care.\nMr Chia led some songs and shared a short message. DESCRIPTION:来至真理幼稚园K1及K 2班组成的小小探索队，在校长和老师的带领下，共54位访问松年之友。学生们呈现了三首精彩的歌曲， 并与乐龄的居民共同制作了气球造型，最后大家一起享用汉堡\,共同渡过了一个欢乐\n上午，最后才依依不舍的离开回学校。\n  \n54 K1 & K2 Students from Explorer Program in Chen Li Kindergarten\, led by the Principal and Teachers having fun together with the F3 Senior citizens. They had presented 3 wonderful songs\, learnt balloon sculpting and eating burger together with the seniors. Everyone enjoyed the fun-filled day.\n

DESCRIPTION: \nF3义工联合真理堂姐妹乐龄事工委员一起出游，除了入宿豪华的度假屋， 大伙也参观了海域上的鱼排\,并享用了丰富的海鲜、烧烤、唱卡拉OK、放天灯、鞭炮，回程也没忘了尝一尝甘榜榴莲。超可爱的领队也在第二天的午餐增加一道特别的免费乳猪，满足了大家的味蕾。\n  \nF3 Volunteers together with Chen Li Senior Committee members travelled to Kukup for a fun and relaxing retreat. We stayed in a luxury holiday villa\, visited fish-farm\, enjoyed the spicy and delicious seafood & barbecue\, sing Karaoke and even play with sky lanterns and firecrackers! Not forgetting to taste some kampong durians for returning to Singapore. The super friendly Tour Leader also added a special free suckling pig on the second day for lunch to satisfy everyone’s taste buds!\n  \n
