A) 托管中心

- 跨代活动

B) 支援中心
Assistance Centre
提供讯息,建议及咨询服务:
- 设立咨询与资讯柜台,以提供福利援助及辅导.
- 拓展关怀服务资料库.
- 设立关怀服务网络, 如健康检查等.
- 为身体孱弱及易受伤的年长居民储备资料库.
- 设立＂友情圈＂服务，定期慰问探访
C) 发展中心
Development Centre
- 鼓励活跃的年长会员参与策划活动节目，提供意见，进而委身于社区服务.
- 自我提升工作坊
- 与邻里学校共同执行社区服务计划
- 成立志愿者管理与发展计划以提供互相扶持和伙伴制度
D) 儿童与家庭
Children and families
儿童与家庭是松年之友的多元节目所不可或缺的部份.所举办的节目有：
儿童节庆祝会,亲子露营,亲子工作坊,欢乐亲子享户外活动及探险营等…

A) Drop-In Centre
托管中心
Provision of Social & Recreational Programmes includes:
- Singing sessions
- Festival celebrations
- Intergenerational activities
- Educational field trips
- Interactive sessions
- Keep-fit programme
- Handicraft work
B) Assistance Centre
支援中心
Provision of information, advice and referral service:
- Set-up of referral & information counter to provide welfare assistance and pastoral care
- Develop a data base of support care services
- Set-up a network of support care services eg. health screening etc
- Develop a data base of the frail and vulnerable elderly residents
- Set-up befrienders service for regular visitation
C) Development Centre

- Identify and involve active elderly members to plan activities and to involve them in decision making so as to build strong community commitment
- Workshops for self-development
- Community service projects with participation from neighbourhood schools
- Develop a volunteer management scheme for mutual support and a buddy system
