Friends of the Third Age (F3) is a joint partnership project of Chen Li Presbyterian Church and Presbyterian Community Services (PCS). It was officially launched on 7 June 2009 in a ceremony which was officiated by Dr Fatimah Lateef, Member of Parliament for Marine Parade GRC and Adviser to Marine Parade GRC and GROs,
F3 is an eldercare initiative under the auspices of PCS, a Volunteer Welfare Organization (VWO) in Singapore. It is endorsed by South East CDC (SECDC) who has engaged us to be involved with the Community Outreach Programme for the Elderly (COPE) programme in April 2008.
