A) 托管中心
提供社交及休闲节目包括:
(a) 歌唱时光
(b) 节日庆典
(c) 跨代活动
(d) 教育之旅

B) 支援中心
提供讯息,建议及咨询服务:
(a) 设立咨询与资讯柜台,以提供福利援助及辅导.
(b) 拓展关怀服务资料库.
(c) 设立关怀服务网络, 如健康检查等.
(d) 为身体孱弱及易受伤的年长居民储备资料库.
(e) 设立＂友情圈＂服务，定期慰问探访

C) 发展中心
(a) 鼓励活跃的年长会员参与策划活动节目，提供意见，进而委身于社区服务.
(b) 自我提升工作坊
(c) 与邻里学校共同执行社区服务计划
(d) 成立志愿者管理与发展计划以提供互相扶持和伙伴制度

D) 儿童与家庭
儿童与家庭是松年之友的多元节目所不可或缺的部份.所举办的节目有：儿童节庆祝会,亲子露营,亲子工作坊,欢乐亲子享户外活动及探险营等…

Programmes for The Centres
A) Drop-In Centre
Provision of Social & Recreational Programmes includes:
(a) Singing sessions
(b) Festival celebrations
(c) Intergenerational activities
(d) Educational field trips
(e) Interactive sessions
(f) Keep-fit programme
(g) Handicraft work

B) Assistance Centre
Provision of information, advice and referral service:
(a) Set-up of referral & information counter to provide welfare assistance and pastoral care
(b) Develop a data base of support care services
(c) Set-up a network of support care services eg. health screening etc
(d) Develop a data base of the frail and vulnerable elderly residents
(e) Set-up befrienders service for regular visitation

C) Development Centre
(a) Identify and involve active elderly members to plan activities and to involve them
in decision making so as to build strong community commitment
(b) Workshops for self-development
(c) Community service projects with participation from neighbourhood schools
(d) Develop a volunteer management scheme for mutual support and a buddy system

D) Children and families
Children and families are an integral part of Friends of the Third Age’s varied programmes. Programmes for children and families include Children’s Day celebrations, overnight camps with parents, parents and children workshops, fun bonding activities in the outdoors, adventure camps, etc ..
